After the end of life cycle of Windows 7 from Jan 11th this year, new bugs are reported from users, a recent strange bug is preventing users from shutting down or restarting their Windows 7 computers, this problem was noted by some users on Reddit, When users are trying to shut down they're computers, they're receiving a "You don't have permission to shutdown this computer," dialogue.

Shutting down you're computer is a basic feature of a computer, you can't keep your computer on all the time, that has it's downsides, it is not recommended to use an outdated operating system but Windows 7 users finding it difficult to move on from Windows 7 for some obvious reasons, primarily because Windows 7 is arguably the most successful version of Windows from Microsoft and people like it.

Recently Microsoft recently released a update to Windows 7 users even though it's life cycle is ended to fix a bug that causes the wallpaper to blackout when set to stretch. But there is no word from Microsoft about this bug yet, but we can't hope to receive another update from the company because more bugs are likely to appear in the future.

There is a fix offered for this bug by a company Quick Heal, the company gave a reason on why this is happening, they said in there website,
This could be caused by ‘User Account Control’.
There are distinct policies governing ‘UAC’ behavior, one for built-in Administrator account while another is for all other administrative users.
By default, built-in Administrator account is not affected by ‘UAC’, while all other administrative users are; thus, it's possible for an administrative user (different from the built-it Administrator) to not get administrative rights, even if it's a member of Administrator’s group
If you're someone who's still using Windows 7 and faced this problem here are the steps to fix the issue.
 1. Press “Windows+R” together and it will open run window.
2. Type “gpedit.msc” and click ‘OK’
 3. Navigate below settings.
Computer Configuration --> Windows Settings --> Security Settings --> Local Policies --       > Security Options
4. In right side pane, find out below option.
User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode (select ‘Enable’ &       click ‘OK’ to apply changes)

*In order to implement change, system restart is mandatory.
*To restart the system Press “windows+r” together and type “shutdown -r”.

So far there are no reported security bugs in Windows 7 and if one is reported in the future than users should update there windows 7 to a new one, it's clear by this time that only more bugs will surface, it's high time that Windows 7 users update to a new Windows.
