With leaks became pretty common these days, almost everything about Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S20 line up and New foldable from the company Galaxy Z Flip is leaked. Sources like @rquandt and mainly @MaxWinebach have being very active on twitter leaking every single detail they found out about the upcoming Samsung flagship phones.
The foldable Galaxy Z Flip is completely different from the previous Galaxy fold, Z Flip folds vertically and will have a clamshell design similar to Motorola Razr which was released last year, Galaxy Z Flip may launch at a price point of $1400, the Dynamic AMOLED screen has a 2636 x 1080 resolution with 22:9 aspect ratio, it features a Infinity-O display with a Hole-punch at the middle of the top of the phone.
Z Flip supports HDR 10+ content, the phone will have a always on additional Super AMOLED screen, Both the screens are protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 6, Inside, the phone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor, the phone is powered with 8GB of Ram and 256 GB of Internal Storage, rear cameras include 12Mp, f/1.8 and 12MP, f/2.2 Ultra Wide capable of shooting 4K at 60fps, front camera is a 10MP, f/2.4 lens also capable of shooting 4K at 30fps, the phone packs a 3300 mAh battery and comes out of the box with Android 10 pre-installed.

Galaxy S20 lineup:
Most of the leaks of S20 lineup came from Max Weinback of XDA Developers,
The line up of Galaxy S20 consists of Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra, all these phones will be revealed during the Samsung Unpacked Event in Feb 11th, all three flagships will have 120Hz displays featuring a in-display Ultrasonic fingerprint scanners and can record 8K videos at 24fps, all the phones will have 12GB of RAM.

Talking about the Individual specs of these three phones starting with Galaxy S20,
The screen is a 6.2 inch Dynamic AMOLED with 2K resolution, rear camera set up includes 12MP wide angle, 12MP ultra-wide angle and 64MP 3x Zoom, front camera will have a 10MP lens. the phone will have 128/256GB internal storage with expandable memory card option, will have a 4000 mAh battery, and will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 865/Exynos 990 inside, starts at $1000.

Galaxy S20+'s screen is taller than the Galaxy S20 with a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen with 2K resolution, the rear and front camera setup is similar to Galaxy S20, no changes in storage and RAM too, but will have 4500 mAh battery, the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 865/Exynos 990 inside, starts at $1100.
