This monitor will have G-SYNC technology which will eliminate latency and will sync the monitor refresh rate with the GPU's refresh rate for smooth and latency free game play, anyway a little bit of latency is common here and there in multiplayer games, that's why we're seeing the increase in high refresh rate monitors for gamers.

Nvidia says that 360Hz is for rapid reaction time, to play games in low latency some times gamers has to deal with Screen tearing, but with 360Hz refresh rate players can have low latency along with high frame rates, Nvidia also says that frames can refresh in less than 3ms with 360Hz refresh rate.

Nvidia's showcase of flick Shot Improvement
Nvidia claims that 360Hz refresh rate will improve flick shot by 4% from 33% in 240Hz refresh rate and 37% improvement from normal 60Hz refresh rate, Nvidia notes that 4% increase can be a game changer in E-Sport events.

Games like Rainbow Six: Siege, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive with a GeForce RTX hardware will let you take the advantage of the 360Hz gaming monitors like ASUS ROG Swift 360Hz, the new monitor by Asus is a 24.5 inch and has a 1080p resolution.
