Google unintentionally released the Android 11 beta to Pixel devices

Due to the pandemic, the original release date for Android 11 was postponed to June 3rd where Google planned to hold an event to talk about their next Android release and to release the first beta of Android 11 to the Pixel phones, but the social unrest escalated in the US have left no choice for Google but to cancel this event too.

But on the same date of June 3rd, several Pixels phone owners who opted for beat testing have started getting the first beta version of Android 11 but this update was not intentionally released by Google, maybe Google forgot to revert their scheduled release of the first Android 11 beta, there is no official announcement from Google yet.

XDA's Mishaal Rahman has received some tweets from his followers saying that they have received the update and according to the photos they've sent, the update is sized at 736MB, the build number of the first beta of Android 11 is RPB1.200504.018, some of the features that are included in the first beta are.

Three new icon shapes IconShapeVessel, IconShapeTaperedRect, and the IconShapePebble, users can now control the app suggestions they receive from Pixel launcher, a new quick menu that will let users control their home devices directly from the home screen, you can choose to make your most-used apps appear at the bottom of your home screen, these are the few new features that are in the first Android 11 beta.
